Due to COVID-19 we at Aloha Appliance Repair found the need to help people in other ways as we were not allowed to service Customers homes due to the lockdown. Our solution was to service them Virtually where our Technicians are able to diagnose, send a part and walk the Customer through their repairs without entering their home. Whether your refrigerator has stopped cooling or your dryer stopped heating we can guide you through the steps to diagnose and repair your machine.
We use Zoom or Facetime (your preference) so we can walk you through the repair, just as if the Technician was there.
Our service works for many but is more successful for the DIY with basic electrical or mechanical knowledge.
Using our Virtual service can save you money by getting more involved with the repair.
Basic hand tools are required and a second person to hold your device while the Technician instructs you is much more helpful.
Virtual repair is available to any location on the Island(s) or anyone on the Mainland!
